This shoe is great for taking the pressure off your bunions and toes. If you have any old sports injuries like I did that caused bone spurs this shoe technology places the pressure off the toes and back towards the heel. It takes a couple of days to adjust, but it has relieved a lot of pain! Read about the negative earth technology shoe and it might just be a great pain reliever for you.

The first day of wear, my husband wore them all day on a hard surface and thought they were the most comfortable shoes he has. He said he could see where it might be a toss-up for some whether to go up a half size or not as the recommendation of one wearer suggested but he did not.

Felt great out of the box. Did 5 miles right away, no chafing or blisters. The best running shoe I have ever owned. It is all I wear now for running. I hope they make them for a long time.
