A great everyday boot in Southern Maine. I wear them for most anything except shoveling and heavy snow play. They are water resistant, although I alway give a good spray of water repellent to help. Go a half size smaller like they recommend in the other reviews. I did and they fit just right. I highly recommend these boots.

Seems comfortable enough, although I think the side decorative buckle needs modification. It seems to stick out and pokes things (hands). I haven't had much cold or snowy weather lately to truly try their warmth factor. Over all, I think they are acceptable.
Wears this shoe: when wearing jeans and it is snowy or wet outside

I really thought I was going to like this shoe, but after wearing it in the house for a while, it began rubbing on the back of my heel. The shoe fits with the ball of your feet upward, making you stand on the back of your heel. This would have been okay, but they fit big, so my heel was rubbing on the back of the shoe. I think with an exact fit, these shoes would be awesome.
Wears this shoe: For trial, I wore around the house for an hour, or so.
