I bought this shoe in the hopes that the negative-heel technology would take the pressure off of my bad knees when walking outdoors for fitness. I have only worn the Earth Ambition shoes twice on long walks. But, already, my knees have shown great improvement. No pain at all from the second walk. They are also comfortable during the walks.

The shoe is causing blisters on my heel. I have gone back to my old shoes until the blisters heal. Will try the earth shoes again after that.

This Earth sneaker is extremely comfortable and fits true to size. I have alot of foot issues having had 3 surgeries along with flat feet. These are the only sneakers I wear and I wear them from morning til night.
