I am pleased with the fit of this shoe. I selected it because it came in a narrow width. At this point I have only worn it around the house for short periods.

I bought these shoes to hike the slickrock, washes, and sand of the Southwest. They were absolutely perfect. I hiked Zion, Bryce, Coyote Buttes, and local trails in St. George, Utah. The traction was excellent on all terrains. I wore them for about a week before going on vacation to break them in. Not one blister for all the miles I put in. I took a half size larger than a regular shoe to allow for a heavier sock and walking in the high temperature. Shoe did not slip at all.

I like the looks, and the immediate comfort of these shoes. My fiance bought them for me to use as a light hiker. The only thing I don't like is the width; the shoes were marked a ladies size 8 wide but the left shoe feels tight no matter how much I loosen the tie. I don't have this problem with any other brand.
