The sandal supports my arch well, and stays on my feet without moving around. However, I don't think the sole compresses as well as other sandals I've tried. As it is, my feet are quite sore on the bottom after I've worn them for several hours. Admittedly, I weight a lot, so this may not be a problem for those who aren't overweight. The sandals are also not a good fit for driving. Since the heel rests on the floor, my feet keep sliding back out of the toes, which interferes with working the pedals (I drive a manual).
Wears this shoe: Around the house, if I'm visiting someone who doesn't allow shoes in the house

I love the cushioning in this sandal and the fact it is easy to slip on and off. I had a similar pair before with a back strap, but I wanted something a little easier to take off in a hurry. It's a good casual sandal I can wear all day long.

This is a terrific buy. The sandle is made of excellent leather and is so comfortable you won't know you have it on. The footbed is soft and thick which provides great cushioning. I highly recommend this shoe and would like to see it in more colors, like navy, tan or gray.
Wears this shoe: I wear it frequently, especially when I'll be on my feet awhile.
