Well made sure, attractive appearance July 11, 2011 Reviewer: Will from Dallas, TX Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked This shoe is very attractive, good for both casual and business casual wear. Shoe felt true to size, however, the size 14B felt a little wider than most 14b that I have ordered. Well constructed with a very nice leather exterior. Comfortable enough for all day wear. Wears this shoe: During the day, at work, a couple of times a week.

Design Issues, Materials Issues May 23, 2011 Reviewer: Bob H. from Missoula, Montana Shoe Size: Felt half size larger than marked Shoe Width: Felt true to width I like the sole and the stitching just fine--just what I expected. But I have two pretty major issues with the shoes:1) the boat shoes I have bought in the past have a fairly thick leather in the sides and the top of the toe; this shoe's top of the toe leather is so thin that the shoe wrinkles when you slide your foot it, your sock catching, I guess, the leather tongue;2) the toe width is strange, very boxy; not attractive in any way--unless you are looking for a boxy look at the toe (I thought it was just the width I ordered, but when I exchanged the shoe for a narrower width, it was still boxy. Wears this shoe: To casual nights out.

Almost perfect May 09, 2011 Reviewer: JP from Washington, DC Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I especially like the square heel -- makes for secure footing on wet decks or hiking on shore. The single negative is the contrast stitching, which limits where they can be worn. I dyed it and now wear them anywhere but the most formal settings. Great for business casual. Wears this shoe: Any time that doesnt call for a tie.
