I like the way the shoe laces allow you to unloop the shoe so that taking it off is easier. It's probably not the best summer shoe because it can get a little warm, but if you are standing on concrete floors, it offers a lot of support, which is why I bought it.It's a very attractive shoe and other than the fact that it can get a little warm, I love wearing them.
