I liked the fit and feel of this shoe but after wearing them for approximately 20 days, the insert fell apart in my left shoe. The top material came loose and would bunch up under my toes. Eventually I pulled it the rest of the way off and now the rubber is against my socked foot instead of the material. I don't feel that this should have happened in such a short time.

I ordered 1/2 size smaller than I usually wear and the fit was perfect. I ordered medium which fit great over my large bunions, and even fit my narrow heels. There was no painful break-in over my bunions, which is very unusual for me. The arch is pretty good, I need metatarsal support also, so I used my Aetrex orthotics which fit well into the shoe. If I were just standing for a long time, these would be great shoes. But for walking around the house, or taking a hike they are very heavy and hard to bend, which causes more problems with the bursitis in my metatarsal area. It's a great shoe if your feet don't require flexible shoes with a soft, cushioned feel.

I have been wearing the Bloom II for years. This shoe is a little lighter in weight, and sportier. It comes in brown, a color I have trouble finding.The strap is a little close to the ankle, requiring me to add felt padding, but otherwise it is a sturdy and comfortable shoe. I walk 8--11 miles a day at work alone,and I have problem feet, so I need a comfortable shoe.

I bought these to wear to work. Got a bit confused about the comments on sizes and ordered a 1/2 size bigger than I usually would. Although the most comfortable shoe I have worn, that half size was way too big, and I feel I should have gone down a half size instead. The width for me was perfect, the support around my ankle firm and the shoes were so light - definitely hope to order the correct size in the near future.
Wears this shoe: I would be wearing this shoe to work and church.
