While it is a nice looking shoe, it has an extremely stiff sole. The shoe is supposed to be fully customizable (fit different widths), but it isn't going to work if you have a narrow foot primarily because the heel is too wide and because of the stiff sole it's very easy to slip out of the shoe. Also, fillers really don't take care of the width issue. I was hopeful, but this one is not for me.

This is a very well made shoe.We placed the order and the shoes arrived 3 days later. My husband is diabetic and has problems with his feet, and these shoes really provide the support he needs.He walks a lot at work, and he has had them about 6 weeks and they are holding up well.

I am on my 3rd and 4th pair of Drew Travelers. 3 years ago I was experiencing intense pain in the tendon in my right foot. I had the choice of a disabling operation or a pair of Richie Braces. I normally wear a 9 4E shoe or boot, but with the braces none of my shoes would fit. One day I found the Drew Traveler in the size I thought would work (10 6e). They fit perfectly. They are designed with 2 insoles, and by taking one out, I could make the hinge of the braces sit at the right height. I am on my feet 12 hours a day and average six or seven miles of walking on concrete. I have since tried other shoes, but none begin to fit like my Travelers do. I heartily recommend the Drew Travelers for my comfort. I am tired after a long day, but my feet don't hurt.
