I purchased this hoping the added depth and the rocker bottom would be helpful. I have rheumatoid arthritis, wear orthotics, have wide feet and a high instep, making my feet hard to fit. These shoes fit well, and accommodated my orthotic very nicely. I am on my feet a lot at and found that these help a lot when doing all that walking/standing. Loads of toe room in these -- almost too much. But I still think these are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have owned.

This shoe was an excellent fit.I have trouble wearing some shoes due to having an ankle fusion. The rocker bottom was wonderful.

I can't give a true review on these shoes because I havent't started to wear them yet. I bought two different shoes and they both felt great when I tried them on so I kept both pair. At random I chose to wear the other pair for work.
