With it's hidden depth and sleek Opanka Construction you'd never know it is therapeutically beneficial! The shoe has two removable insoles. Keep both in for added depth. Remove one for double added depth. Features Drilex® lining with AEGIS Microbe Shield7#153; for odor and stain control, a lightweight polyurethane outsole, leather linings, a firm heel counter, a tempered steel shank and a soft foam padded tongue and collar. Accommodates prescribed orthotics HCPCS Code A5500.

I am a retail pharmacist and stand on my feet all day long (9+ hours) mostly in one spot without doing a whole lot of walking. I needed a shoe that was more comfortable due to the constant pressure on my feet without moving. So far these shoes have been the most comfortable pair I have owned and my feet hurt less at the end of the work day. The only downfall is that the shoes aren't the most stylish. While not terribly ugly, I'm 25 years old and prefer more stylish shoes, but I've learned that I had to sacrifice style in order for comfort and can just wear more stylish shoes in my everyday life where I am not standing in one spot all day long.
