Desiree is a playful twist on a traditional Drew favorite. It's ideal for women who want an easy-to-wear shoe that has a great everyday, casual look and incredible comfort. A one-piece VELCRO® brand strap allows for a custom fit, while layers of lightweight materials pamper and protect the foot. Plus Fitting System® with two removable insoles. Soft, foam-padded collar. Wide shank, lightweight polyurethane bottom provides a wide ball-of-foot base for stability and a "Rocker Bottom" that moves foot forward while walking. HCPCS Code A5500. Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

Needed an orthotic white shoe for my white pants, but didn't want an orthotic-looking shoe. Drew doesn't make many pretty white shoes and this was the nicest I found. Haven't worn it other than around the house so far, as it's still winter, but it's comfortable.
Wears this shoe: Will wear it in warmer weather with white pants

Not as comfortable as promised, even with heavy socks it is a bit loose.

This is my fourth pair of Drew Desiree. They hold my orthotics and still give me plenty of room.They are serviceable and dressy.
Wears this shoe: When I go shopping or dress up for dinner.Wear them all day.

Like these a lot since they fit well and really aren't as ugly as a lot of shoes that can fit your orthotics. And they have soles that don't squeak like a lot of 'comfortable' shoes.
