Very comfortable, deep enough for my orthotics (very high arch). Pretty good looking for a shoe that fits an orthotic-but I am still looking for a truly attractive shoe I can wear with my orthotic. Haven't found the perfect one yet..

This shoe is definitely cute, which made me doubtful it would also be comfortable, if you know what I mean. I have big, wide feet - size 10 extra wide - and I'm heavyset. This shoe was short enough lengthwise that my big toe was jammed against the end, so the size seem at least 1/2 size smaller than it should be. The width seemed true to size. However, there is absolutely no cushioning or shock absorption in the sole, so I can't imagine that wearing these shoes would be comfortable for any length of time unless you are literally light as a feather.

My mother is 82 years old and has had major swelling in her feet and legs. She needed a nice looking shoe that she could wear to a wedding with pants. This shoe is perfect! She is able to get it on and off with no assistance, since it has the velcro. I'm going to order it for her in another color, if it's available.

In spite of the fact that I inserted my orthodic, the elastic strap was too long. In order to use the shoe I had to remove the stiching on the velcro piece and have a shoe repair person sew it in again. I moved it about an inch on the elastic. The shoe is comfortable and easy to wear for extended periods.
