I foster dogs for a local rescue organization, and this is the best "clean up" product I've found yet for the tile/grout floors and walls. It doesn't leave smeary floors, slippery spots where it's been used, or have an odor. It also isn't hard on my hands like some other cleaners are. I've looked a long time for a product that cleans urine stains/odor well, and this is finally the perfect solution. My search is over!
