I have a herniated disc and try to walk daily. This is the only shoe that has enough cushioning as not to cause too much pain. I have had several pairs of them and have to say the only down sides are. They don?t hold up that well. But I take that tradeoff since they are relatively inexpensive. And hard to find, just glad I found a pair at shoebuy.com

I have flat feet and need a shoe that will give me support thru out my entire shift at work. These Dr. Scholl's shoes with the pressure relief inner soles are the best that I have found. they have a nice thick gel inset that gives me comfort all day. I also have a second pair for non working days.

Generally I liked this shoe. It looks and feels good at first. As I wore it, my little toe got a blister, this was due to the tongue not being properly sown in place. It left a small peice of material that rubbed on the toe. Other than that, this shoe is very comfortable and nice to walk in.
