Calf size?

This boot is too narrow for my calf. Which happens about 1/2 the time with boots of this height. With a size 10 foot most of the ladies I know need a larger calf than this one provides. A thin woman would do just fine.

These boots are incredibly cute for kicking through puddles on rainy days, and as with any Dr. Scholl's shoe, they are comfortable too. A definite "must have"!

This is very true to size and width. I'm a true size 6.5 with average width feet, not skinny, and not fleshy. These fit just perfectly with a hint (1/4") extra length and No extra width. I can only wear thin summer socks with these winter boots. If you like a bit more room, or hover closer to a size up, buy the half size bigger. This boot is nicely lined in soft fleece, so you can just wear hose or thin socks and feel cozy in them. The toe angles up a tiny bit, otherwise there's no odd fit with this boot. I ordered the yellow, and it is more of a Grey Poupon yellow, so it's not toy engine bright, yet it evokes the days of innocent fun. I feel like a Fisher Price fire fighting girl when I wear them, I love it. I have muscular calves for my slim build. The width at the top of the boot does fit perfectly, not tight, and will not leave mark my skin, unless I wear jeans within the boot. Nice cozy, rubbery fit. Not clunky like galoshes, nor hard and plasticky. Very stylish, and comfy with a 2" heel. I could do with it relaxing, or stretching that 1/4" all over, but for brand new out of the box, it's perfect.
