I have very flat arches and I've tried orthotics and they always made my shoes tighter. These instant arches don't make my shoe tighter, but they aren't that high. Another review said the arches may need to be doubled and I'll probably try that.

I bought these, because my orthotics and traditional arch supports (with heel cups) won't fit into my dress shoes and flats. I tried these out in a few pairs of shoes, but I don't notice much difference at all. Very disappointing...
