I like these soft, easy to install arches. They are comfortable and stay in place. I was having difficulty with plantar fasciitis, and these really helped the condition.

I bought these after reading about them in the Wall Street Journal and they were everything I had hoped for. I have high arches and had problems with flat should. They insoles have certainly helped with that problem.

I like the Instant Arches and found them easy to use. So far I have only used them in one pair of shoes. The shoes were comfortable but didn't have much arch support. After adding the Instant Arches to the shoes, I find I am wearing the shoes more often and am not having leg fatigue that I was having before adding the arch support.

I like this product a lot. It is allowing me to wear some of the shoes I had given up wearing. Is is very easy to place in the shoes and helps a lot. I normally wear shoes inserts because of high arches, heel spurs, and hammer toes. These arches are not as comfortable as my shoe insert, but with them there are many types of shoes I can now wear. Only wish they were sized, as I would prefer the arches to be still higher.
