I am very happy with these instant arches. I have high arches and my feet always hurt for several days after wearing sandals because of the lack of support. With these inserts, I can now wear my sandals all day and my feet feel good the next day. I felt at the time that I ordered them that they were a bit expensive, but now that I've used them I think they are worth it.

I use these arches for sandals, pumps and any other type of shoes with no arch support. They make a world of difference on how long I can wear the shoes.
