All have Dr. Martens strength of character - with a heel to boot. This boot has a sole that is hard-wearing, with good abrasion and slip resistance. The sole is cemented to the base of the upper.

If you can wear a 2 1/2" heel, then you can wear this boot. I usually add a foam insert to Dr. Martin shoes for added comfort. Dr. Martins are so durable and this boot is no different. A very well made shoe, and well thought out design. It is comfortable, classy and stable.
Wears this shoe: To parties, dancing, or dinner.

I had seen Dr. Martens on someone else, and loved them! So I decided to try them. Great decision! They fit perfectly, and don't even feel like high heels. I wear them with jeans -look fabulous!- and even with slacks when I have to work out in the field. They are just perfect for me!

I tried on this shoe at a local store then went on-line to check prices. I love these shoes. I wear them with jeans and dresses. They are super comfortable and look great.

I bought this boot because I was looking for a black boot that could be worn with wide leg pants, leggings and skirts. After a 3 month search, I finally found that in the Viviana. I normally wear a 8.5 or a 9 and I my foot is on the wider side of normal (but does not measure wide). The UK6/US8 is a perfect fit with a nice amount of room in the toe box. This is standard for Dr. Martens I believe. The look is a little bit granny and a little bit modern. I LOVE it. Because of the height of the bootie they have had to make the leather loose around the ankle and make the lacing end lower. This gives this boot a bit of a different feel but also makes it super comfortable. At first it felt like it may slip off my heel, but it doesn't. The heel height is on the edge of being high enough to have sore feet but after 4 hours of being on my feet produced no foot pain.I love these boots and look forward to wearing them for years to come.
