I have been wearing doc's for over 23 years. These are much better than the Asian made ones. The leather does not feel like crumpling cardboard like the Asian ones do. I am not sure why, but the Vintage Doc's break in quicker too.These boots do not feel a 1/2 size larger as others have suggested. men UK9 = US9 1/2-10, UK10 = US 10 1/2-11. Check out the DM website for actual sizing.ShoeBuy has the best deals on Doc's and the free shipping is great! They shipped directly from US DM. I will definitely buy from them again

Shoebuy.com was a great experience hands down for these vintage docs. Summer sales, telephone support, decent shipping = good deal! These are my first docs, thought I'd keep it simple and go with their sweet vintage boot. Looked true to all the catalog photos at every angle once arrived, leather smelled great and they felt ready to be broken in. The only hanger is that I may have misjudged the sizing a bit- but no harm throwing on another pair of tubes.Service at Shoebuy.com is what you should expect and certainly gets appreciated.

I had bought a pair of these boots 15 years ago and they were perfect, until last year when my dogs got a hold of them. I finally got a new pair and love them! They took a few hours of wearing to break in, but started to feel good after walking around in tham at work for a day. The leather is different than the old ones not as soft, but I think they might be sturdier. My feet feel great weraing these; it feels like I'm not wearing shoes at all!
