My oldest said he needed black shoes for work. Both his father and brother have these and they love them. They both wear 13, but in DM's a 12. My oldest wears an 11 1/2 and I got him an 11. Perfect fit, and he is very happy with how comfortable.

The shoe is an excellent dress shoe that also feels comfortable enough to be a serious work shoe. I give the shoes my highest recommendation. Shoebuy is also the best place, by far, to get your Doc Martens.
