As as weekend 1460 wearer, I wanted a pair of brown 1460s for the office for the past few years. I figured that I'd always have to deal with the classic yellow stiching and the Aztec Crazy Horse leather, but for was a fan of neither for the office. Enter this boot. Brown leather, no yellow stitch, Shoebuy service? Sure, why not order it on a whim and check it out?Likes - classic Made in China 1460 with the right price (on sale), the leather is extremely soft - my six month old Black smooth 1460s still are stiff as can be, these are nice and soft out of the box. Color is a deep brown, and of course, it is a 1460.Dislikes - normal 1460 dislikes - made in China, poor quality laces (big deal), uninsulated (big deal).Overall, very happy with this boot. Looks great with chinos, soft leather requires no break-in, lightly insulated means your feet don't burn up during the day. Definitely a keeper.
