A lightweight pump-styled shoe from a boot brand might seem like an unlikely combination; however, the Poise collection feels very naturally DMs'. Taking their design inspiration from the dance floor, the Poise collection has pliable and slim soles that are daintily grooved and underpin a minimal, fun selection of uppers, all available in fresh and soft summer colors. This sole is hard-wearing, with good abrasion and slip resistance, and is cemented to the base of the upper.

Bought this shoe in a size 10, my usual shoe size. I tried it on and I walked out of it. I ordered a size down, got a 9, and it was too tight in the toes. I need a half size. I really like this shoe too.

In general, I love Dr. Marten flats because:1. They have classic kind but sort of industrial European look I happen to appreciate.2. I can actually stay on my feet all day when wearing themThese shoes are much bigger than labeled which was fantastic news for me! I usually wear a 12 or 13 in ladies shoes and I was able to order the size 11. So if you have boats for feet and you need a classic flat I am would recommend this shoe.
Wears this shoe: To work as a college instructor and for casual social gatherings

The leather is so smooth, the sole is durable looking, and the shoe is just well constructed....but it is a whole size too big. I'm usually a 5UK in Dr Marten's which is slightly bigger than a 7.5WomansUS. I'm returning them and getting a 4UK.

This is a cute, simple flat. Really well constructed but after several wearings, they are still stiff. The first time worn without socks (I never wear socks in FL)I got blisters, so beware. They are basic, no frills in Doc Marten style, but not clunky. Sometimes I wear a 9.5 in flats, but other reviews said the shoe ran big, so I ordered a 9 and it fits perfectly. The soles are rubber unlike other flats. I would recommend, but maybe you'd want to wear socks for the first few wears if you are walking a lot.
Wears this shoe: Wear to work with slacks and with jeans.

I am very jealous of any girl that owns this pair of Dr Martens! They fit an entire size larger, which was such a disappointment. This is a very cool shoe.
