I have a hard-to-fit foot, and usually end up "making do" with a less-than-ideal level of comfort and style. Not so with these! I found them extremely comfortable as well as attractive. They appear sturdy and well-made without being heavy or "clunky"! It made my day when I got to work and was greeted at work by many compliments on my shoes! What a boost that was!
Wears this shoe: Work, casual, semi-dressy...maybe will sleep in them.

So far these shoes are not as comfortable as the other reviews stated. I have only worn them once and I had to take them off in a couple hours because they dug into the sides of my heels under the heel bone. The leather is much stiffer than I expected. I'll continue to try and break them in.

I was so excited to write this review, but when I read the first review, she basically took the words our of my mouth!I purchased these on Sunday. I put them on before leaving store and did not take them off until late in the evening. Now I have sensitive "woosey" feet that blister and when shoes are new they just don't feel good at the end of the day. This wonderful pair of shoes did not hurt anywhere or rub or nothing. I was amazed. Not only because of this, but because it was such a feminine light weight shoe from Dr Marten.I love it and will wear them for years.
Wears this shoe: EVERYWHERE anywhere. Dress it up or you can wear it casual

I love this shoe! I took them out of the box, put them on, and they fit like a glove. There was no need to break them in. I was able to rid myself of two inferior pairs of shoes with the purchase of these. I'm on my feet a lot in dress shoes, and these make it a lot easier.
