They are strong and well built, but interior lining is lacking, heavy duty stitching on the heel rubs my heelraw. Because of this I wear them every other day, hopefully come winter a heavy sock will give me protection. I owned the goucho volcano Dr Martens and thought this sole would be less slippery. I will probably buy those again, soon. Also they were wider and more comfortable then the Holkham.

I stand on cement floors and I am constantly off and on my forklift and the soles cushion the impact. The toe of the boots have plenty of room so there is no rubbing on the steel toe cap. I found them to be very comfortable the first time I put them on. I bought these boots a year ago when I started my new job and I will probably buy another pair when I wear this pair out.
Wears this shoe: I wear them for 12 to 14 hours at a time 40 to 48 hours a week.
