I've gotta say I love these boots. They look as good as they feel on your feet. Standard black leather w/black laces & just a touch of the tell-tale Doc Martens contrast-welt stitching, nothing fancy or fruity. They go w/beat-up work pants, nice jeans or even dockers/khaki's for a Saturday night dinner date, or night out on the town. They just seem to fit right in with whatever kind of clothes you're comfortable wearing. Fit & finish is excellent as is durability. I've been wearing these for months now for work & play, and except for a bit of wear showing on the toe area from the shifter on my bike, nothing bad to report. I just periodically wipe them down with a warm, damp cloth & apply a light layer of polish to bring them back to "like-new condition". I purchased them on-line from Shoebuy & was able to use a coupon along with some other discount & got them shipped right to my door for a GREAT price. One of the best pairs of boots (or shoes for that matter) I've ever purchased. I will be ordering another pair of these boots, probably later this year when this pair starts to get really beat-up. Once again, impressed with another Doc Martens' quality product.
