They look great and seem well built and expect to have them as a mainstay for a long time.

After searching for a slip on shoe for some time, I gave this Dr. Martens Eddy Mule a try. I have owned a pair of Dr. Martens sandals forever and can't seem to part with them, though they are finally pretty worn out. I ordered the size of these the same as my 10 year old sandals and found that they seemed a bit smaller. However, it might just be the style difference, though I'd like to try a half size larger (which they don't make). At any rate, they first seemed to slip off too easily, but I stuck with them and now the footbed seems to have formed and I have no problems with them. They are casual and comfortable and ideal for leisurely summer walks. Just don't expect to launch into a jog. They look great and seem well built and expect to have them as a mainstay for a long time.
