The Wild Flowers canvas used on this Kensington collection reinvigorates classic styles with a casual and fresh personality. The classic Oxford shoe is re-invented here with this very striking cut-out design, while adding summer practicality to the innovative styling. This is a Goodyear-welted product. The upper and sole are sewn together, not merely glued, like many footwear constructions. This, together with our Z welt-stitch and heat sealing process, makes it unique to Dr. Martens. Products with a plain welt are still stitched, but the constructional thread is not visible. It also has the original Dr. Martens air-cushioned sole, providing underfoot comfort and durability since 1960. It is oil and fat resistant, tough, and offers good abrasion and slip-resistance.

I get a lot of comments when I wear these shoes. They're comfortable, sturdy and can be worn with almost anything. Keeping them clean will be the hardest thing about them.

I got the grey/blue color. I'd been looking for this shoe online everywhere, when I found it I was so excited (mostly because of the price). The cut-outs on the side make the shoe look wide and I ordered a UK. My usual size in US Women's is a 9, but in these were too big I had to return and order a UK 6. I love these shoes much! Everything was on point but the sizing. Thanks ShoeBuy!

Like the 1460 lace up docs these will work with a wider (but not super wide) foot. At first I was not so sure I liked these as they have no stitching like most Docs which made them look kind of plain but with my shoe size I can't be picky! I am happy to say that these have worked out great and are comfortable enough to wear all day long with socks. (I have a narrow ankle and a wide bridge). My only regret is that I did not get the buttery buff color as I think that is more vintage looking but I'm still very happy.

I bought 3 pairs of Dr. Martens in 1 week, mainly because they are awesome, anyway these shoes are the best. They feel great, they look awesome, and everyone wants to know were I get my shoes from.
