Love!

Currently this boot is my favorite and is getting the most use. Not much of a break in period and very comfortable. Also incredibly cute. I wear my combat boots a lot but wanted something a little more feminine and these currently fit the bill.

Dr. Martens 1B60 20 Eye Zip Boot
Gotta love a good pair of Docs!

I love my 20 ups! So much so that I have them in Purple, Grey & Black Buttero and Cherry Smooth. They are great for wearing with office attire, bush-walking or out on the town. The buttero leather is so soft that they didn't even need wearing in. The Air soles make them comfortable enough to wear all day, every day.Side zips are the best invention that Doc Martens ever went with. I have mine laced so they can either be worn with stockings, leggings or skinny leg jeans and then rarely have to change them. The grey and purple ones get me complimented all the time.

Dr. Martens Back to Basics 1461 3 Eye Gibson
Cherry Smooth

This is my 3rd pair of Dr. Marten shoes and this new pair has not disappointed me either. Being a sizable women with matching sizable feet I found that size 11 fits true to size. I did mark that they feel a bit more wide then average only because I have wide feet and these need no "breaking in". My assumption is that women with average or medium width feet may find them a bit on the loose side. The only drawback I can find is the leather around the ankle area is a bit stiff and will need some working in. I love the color, it's not a bright red but more of a cherry mahogany color. I am on my feet a minimum of 8 hours a day and have found the Dr. Marten brand holds up the best.

Dr. Martens Clemency 8-Eye Boot
Second pair of Docs

After buying, and loving, my Triumph 1914W boots, I found myself eyeing the Clemency ones. I'm a size 7.5 and the size 7 fits wonderfully with or without socks, so I would definitely suggest taking the lower number if you're in between. The heel also added nice support and based on ten mins of walking to class, I don't anticipate a long break-in period.

Dr. Martens Jinelle 3-Tie Shoe PKS
These might be too high for me
February 24, 2013

I think these run true to UK sizing. The heel is stable, but it's higher than I expected. The description states that the heel is 3.5 inches, but it somehow seems higher and makes my trousers appear too short. I'm used to wearing pumps in that same height, so this is a comparative observation. Perhaps the block heel with the thick sole on the forefoot are to blame. I haven't decided whether to keep these shoes because of this. The shoes seem well-made, though.
