It stands out in the crowd, but it is very tight in the feet. It needs a shoe stretcher for a week or so.

These boots rule. But they take dedication. They need to be broken in. But anyone who has ever owned docs already know that. Once they are they are yours for life!

This boot is lovely, laces and zips, very very nice leather. The style is classic. The only problem is where the boot hits my arches of my feet. It makes my arches sore because of the shape of the boot. So if your feet are average, then there should be no problem. The back of the foot slips some, but this helps with going up stairs. I tried them also with two thin socks on just to see if I could get over the problem with where it was hurting my arch. Nope, so I had to return. Sorry. Otherwise, I would have kept them. They are very nice.

These boots are attention getters and I get a lot of compliments. You have to keep on wearing them to break into them but it's worth it. They do take forever lacing them up, so give yourself at least 15 minutes to do it.
Wears this shoe: Metal shows and anyday I wear jeans (better with skinny jeans).
