Contoured full cushion insole. Full quarter and vamp lining. Patented air cushion sole resists oil, fat, acid, petrol and alkili.
Leather: Industrial Greasy is a full-grain leather with integral oiling which gives the surface an oily feel and robust nature.

I am very pleased with my Dr. Martens. They are very comfortable, but they seemed heavy initally compared to the shoes I was replacing. I wear these shoes to work on a daily basis. I do a lot of walking and I'm on my feet all day, so I needed comfort and durability. I got both!

Shoes were comfortable upon the first use. These shoes are documented as being gas resistant, and as my husband is a gas tanker driver, this was critical.He loved them so much, we ordered another pair the first week he wore them so he could alternate wearing them.

I bought this shoe for my father. He has been using some shoes he gets from work(Non Slip Sole), He goes through a pair every 4-5 months. When he first got this DOC MARTINS he was not sure he liked them because they are a bit bulky. He wore them for 1 week and now he loves them. No slipping on oil or water and they are very comfortable. EXCELLENT SHOES.
