good for wide feet

Although this shoe is prety heavy, the toe box is nice and wide. I usually wear a 15 x-wide in other brands, but the Docs are nice and roomy even though they're not especially made for wide feet.

When lacing I skip one of the eyelets and bought brown laces instead of the yellow and brown that are furnished.In every way it's a wonderfully comfortable shoe.

I usually wear a 9 in shoes and DOCs tend to be a little larger than most. These are great shoes, and I wear them all the time!

I have always loved Dr. Martens for the true quality and comfort. Having really flat feet, I had to use additive arch supports, but the shoes are very comfortable and I actually walked about ten miles in them one day and didn't have a pain. They are a comfortable shoe for casual, dressy casual, or just wearing around the house.

These shoes were brand-new and in perfect condition when I received them. They're a little heavier than other shoes because of the thick soles but that's the case with all Doc Martens. They appear to be built very well, like my prior Doc Martens shoes. I expect them to last through several years of every day wear.
