This hiker boot features lacing down to the toe, using both D-rings and eyelets. This boot is made from genuine leather, and comes in 3 natural shades. This boot also includes a designer pull tab around the padded collar.

Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

This shoe looks great, feels comfortable and I get lots of compliments on them. I also ordered the same shoe in black and it is just as nice. It would be nice if the shoe comes larger than whats on the label that they make a 6 or 6 1/2 in mens. I am a woman and the size 7 (mens) which shows to be a womens size 8 is just a tad too big.

I purchased this pair due to previous experience with a simular pair. I still wear the 5 year old shoes, so I've added to the stable. The black ones that I just purchased has the broken in feel from the begining. They work well as over the ankle boots while riding the motorcycle too.

Ordering a half size smaller than usual, as recommended, resulted in a shoe that was markedly too short. It was also too wide: foot wobbled around in it and it didn't feel safe. Exchanging for a larger size would have been pointless since it would have been even wider.

Overall, it's a nice boot, but due to the sizes running large and no half sizes offered, I find that this boot slips a lot on my foot, which is uncomfortable. I'm going to try adding a gel insert and see if I can snug these up a bit.
