the boot was too large then said and too wide then described. not happy at all and it is a heavy boot to wear around. I am wearing it now and not comftiable at all and too late to retrun. I wouldnt recomend it or if you going to get iot get a smaller size and narrower

I bought these because I love Dr. Martens, having been wearing them for the past 16 years. I like them because they're stylish and they are also very well made. If properly cared for, one pair can last for many years. This was my first pair of this particular type, and I was very happily surprised and impressed. The leather on this particular type is butter soft and very supple, and the entire boot is very light weight. I bought these for work because my job can be very fast paced and require a lot of movement. I wanted something more durable than an athletic shoe, yet lightweight and comfortable. These definitely fit that description to a "t" and I'm more than satisfied with my purchase.

I just got a new pair of vintage red Doc's. Love them. Look a little more purple than I hoped for, but they still look good. About the tenth pair I have owned, will never buy a different brand of boot. Also hoped steel toe would have been an option.
Wears this shoe: Everywhere but to shower and sleep.

This is the best Dr. Martens boot Ive ever worn, Its 100 degrees here and my feet arent hot and I can work a 14 hour work day in them and then wear them out at night, These are much better looking boots then the other styles of Docs out there now also. The cap toe makes it! Souls are also non slip and chemical resistant. This was more money than I could really afford to spend but If I had any money I would buy 10 pairs of these so I could have this boot the rest of my life. They should make these more widely available. They would be a very big seller if you could get them locally, especially where I live.

Boots look great, the only problem were a size larger....UK 9, run longer and wider than the regular boots.
