I agree with other reviewers who stated this boot runs large. For me, it was a full size too large. I'm a woman so I followed Dr. Martens suggestion and ordered a full size smaller than I wear. The boot was still a full size too big on me and felt much wider than a medium. All was not lost, however, because I suggested that my husband try them on, even though they are a half size smaller and narrower than his usual size. To my surprise, they fit him perfectly! If you want a very substantial, impressive boot, you'll love these but remember, they run really big.

Is a very comfortable boot. Felt 1/2 size larger and wider than marked.I wear this boot everyday for work. I have only been wearing this boot for about 2 months and do not know how they will last, but so far so good.I would buy another pair.

I am taking the time to write this review because I absolutely LOVE this boot! I must have tried on about one dozen other brands before choosing Dr. Martens. They are SO cushiony and comfortable; did not need any breaking in time at all. I would HIGHLY recommend this work boot. With regard to sizing: seems to run a little large. I am an 8.5 but the size 8 fit well. The only improvement I can think of would be to add a side zipper.

This is like no other Dr.Martens, it's light weight cap toe boot. Feels more like a gym shoe than a boot, which I like. No more lugging around 4LB boots.
