If you have even a slightly narrow foot this is not the shoe for you. I think the size is completely off and would suggest trying a size smaller for those of us with narrow feet. I swim in my current pair.

I was looking for a pair of Dr. Martens that would go equally well with a pair of jeans or business casual. These shoes are perfect in that regard. And although they were comfortable the day I received them, they do get even more comfortable every day I wear them. Yet they are very sturdy too, with great support.

I bought this shoe because I had simply worn out my previous pair- but I'd had them for 5 years! This shoe looks great for office or everyday casual and wears like iron. No complaints.

I have bought three pairs of these shoes over the past several years, and will continue to buy more Docs as the newer ones wear out. They are comfortable and very durable (my first pair I wore for about seven years). The shoes are spiffy enough for a casual work environment, but also tough enough to wear anywhere. My only problem is that the shoes outlast the laces, and replacement laces aren't always easy to find.
Wears this shoe: To work, about 2 days a week.
