I have been wearing Docs for a long time, so it is fun to have a new pair of the classic style. These are by far the most confortable and durable shoes available. They actually broke in after only wearing them a couple of times, so now they feel great.
Wears this shoe: To work, church and anytime I dress up.

I wanted A sturdy shoe that would be comfortable and versatile yet stylish. As A college professor, I'm on my feet all day, often in the laboratory, and this shoe protects my feet from spilled chemicals/broken glass yet still looks professional with A blouse & khakis. And I can wear them on the weekend with jeans when I'm out around town. Dr. Martens have always been A comfortable, supportive shoe. While I must admit, the Gibson feel a tad bit smaller then marked, you must understand that they will stretch with wear, so don't order A larger size, wear them in, and have them for A long time!

This is my fourth pair, obviously I like these shoes. However it take a while for the shoes to get broken in and take the shape of your foot. Once they are broken in they are very confortable.
