The shoes are very stiff when they first come but adapt fast to the size and shape of your foot. I have found in my experience they do not stain and it is easy to remove anything that may touch the boot. The boots are soft, smooth, and comfortable.

I ordered the Dr Martens because I really like the colour, style and overall appearance of the shoes. The texture of the shoe was good too, the leather was super smooth and soft.
Wears this shoe: When it matches my outfit or whenever I feel like wearing it.

These are unisex and not the 1460 W (Women's) so they fit like men's, it's worth noting because the Women's version is slightly narrower.

I have wanted some Dr. Martens for as long as I can remember. I know they can seem rather masculine for some women, but I still love them! I finally took the plunge and bought not only one pair but two! One in Black and one in Cherry Red. They seem to run a little larger than most shoes. On average I wear a size 7 US, sometimes a 6.5 and sometimes 7.5 too. I have these in a 5 UK/7 US and these would probably be perfect in a 4.5 UK/6.5 US, if they had half sizes, though I think 4 UK would be too small.They are rather stiff when you first get them but still comfortable in my opinion. Needs a little breaking in, but after that, they're super comfy! Just be patient and give it some time. Get some of the Wonder Balsam or something similar for the exterior and Vaseline for the interior. Soak the entire inside leather with Vaseline a few times to help moisturize the leather and soften it up. And make sure you wear thick enough socks especially when breaking in.
