Great quality but bigger than expected January 25, 2013

I have a couple pairs of the 1460 in smooth leather, so I purchased my usual size (UK 6). This leather however, is a lot softer and stretched out, so it felt at least a size larger than normal.

Third pair in 20 years. Also bought a pair of 1460SMDMS boots which are at least a size smaller than marked. Stick with the 1460 boots only.

Love these boots, the color was like the photo. Docs only run whole sizes, no halfs. So keep that in mind. The comfort and quality of these boots is great. My husband loves them!

I wear Doc Marten's because they fit without having to guess the size. They're comfortable and durable as well. They are the only boot I buy.

These are the first Dr. Martens shoes I have owned. Needed a half size smaller than normal. Bought them to wear for my motorcycle. Feel pretty comfortable.
