I don't understand why more ladies wallets aren't designed this way. I had a similar one for years made by Rolf and it was discontinued. What's unique (and extremely convenient) about it is that you don't have to turn your wall sideways to access bills or change. You can dig for change or bills while holding the wallet in the same position. This change purse is on the inside which is okay, but the design I had some years back put the change purse with a clasp on the outside in the same position so no turning the wallet necessary. The billfold size on both Dr. Koffer's and my previous wallet is perfect for those who don't want to carry lots of unnecessary "stuff" and therefore a larger purse to accommodate the wallet. It's the best wallet I've been able to find in years, even though I think it could be enhanced by offering another version with the change purse on the outside and maintaining the same upright position.
