This is a great hat. The fit is perfect. It is conservative, yet looks good. It is good for protection from the sun, and the oil cloth finish makes it great for rainy weather, too. I keep it in the car as an all-purpose hat. I am very happy with this purchase.

Sizing a bit large. That is, I'm normally XL borderline, but the L size is perfect. The 100% cotton oil cloth is quite cool, as the hat gives an impression of a leather fedora, but with much lighter weight and near waterproof protection. The Billings Safari hat is a hybrid of all different styles, and surprisingly versatile in application. And the leather strap can be removed, replaced, or cut down in length. 100% satisfied for the best sun/rain protection hat I've owned.
