This was my first pair of packer boots. I've had several pairs of Double H boots, and when I was looking for a packer boot, I figured I would stay with a name I trust. I was not disappointed. The style is great, and the color looks much better in person. They're simple, yet incredibly durable and rugged. They felt broken in right out of the box. I agree with what one of the other reviewers wrote about the tongue. It's the boots only con. It tends to rub towards your ankle while you wear them and can cause a blister or rub mark if you're not careful. The trick is to pull the tongue the other way when you put them on and lace them up. Then after a few days of wear you'll have no more problem. These boots are great for work and everyday wear, too. I highly recommend them!!!

This is the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. When I put them on for the first time, it was like they were already broke in, felt like a glove.
