These shoes look fabulous on! They are a unique color and they look very feminine and expensive. I have a narrow foot, and the platform sole is rather inflexible. This means that when I walk in them, there is a little bit of slippage in the heel. For that reason, I went with the 7 and 1/2 rather than the 8 I normally select. I think I will just be walking more slowly and carefully in them.
Wears this shoe: Any time I feel like dressing up a bit with pants or skirts

Great boots!!! I get compliments every time I wear them. I normally wear a 10 1/2 to 11. I tried both the 10 and 11 and I'm glad I went with the 10's. The leather is high quality and will stretch as you wear them in. The Saddle color is perfect- it has a very vintage look that I love. The colors are not as drastic as the picture.

I ordered these, but had to return them. I have many, many Donald Pliner shoes, flats in particular. Always wear 7 1/2. These were too big, too wide. And they looked very unattractive on my foot when you looked down. I thought they would be the very pair I needed. For me, they were not a winner.

Comfortable, Fashionable Boot

I loved these boots online, was not sure when I first tried them on in person, and then ended up loving them again. What attracted me was the sleek, long line of these boots and the higher shaft. These boots are elegant. When I tried them on, though, the top of the shaft hit right in the middle of my knee and felt a little uncomfortable. But as I wore them, the knee area developed some give and no longer felt weird. More importantly, I started to notice how incredibly well made the foot portion of these boots is. I have problem feet, but these boots give me no pain or discomfort. Apparently Donald Pliner knows how to craft a footbed for real feet. I highly recommend these.
