Start to finish ,the purchase is smooth. Very comfortable shoes to wear for everyday life and I dont feel that my feet hurts at the end of the day. I was a little anxious buying on a website without trying it on. There are no surprises or problems. Shipping is as expected. I am going to look for shoes on Shoebuy.com in the future. I also bought a Giorgio Brutini leather shoes along with the dockers,which I like also.
