I volunteer for the local Police Department and wanted a work shoe that I didn't have to break in. The other reviews seemed to say that the Dockers were that kind of shoe. I was pleased with the overall feel of the shoe. I can wear it all day. It looks and feels good. The only thing I feel was misleading is that I wear a 10 1/2 and ordered that while the shoes itself seemed to be about 1/2 size bigger than marked but not enough to send back. The wide width was perfect.
