I haven't had a pair of cowboy boots for 40+ years! I have come to enjoy country music and wanted to get a pair to wear out when we go to concerts and/or dances. I have very wide feet somewhat like that of Fred Flintstone! I never had a boot that was wide enough. In trying this boot in the widest width available, it was a bit snug. However, a quick trip to the cobbler they were able to strecth them. Wearing sneakers most of the time, it did take a while to get used to walking with a heel. I now even have a "Cowboy Walk" and enjoy country music more than ever!
