UPPER: Ultra-soft, water resistant, kangaroo leather upper. Anti-stress lining to ensure shape retention. Partial hidden loop lacing system for a more uniform kicking surface. Touch control application for exact touch. Soft ankle collar lining for comfort. INSOLE: Removable cotton and shock absorbing EVA foam. LASTING BOARD: Double action inserts positioned in the Fiber Tech lasting board provide shock absorption in the heel area and enhanced rebound in the forefoot area. OUTSOLE: Injected polyurethane outsole with Axeler technology, improves forefoot flexibility and propulsion along with added stability.

This is the second pair of Diadora Maracanas for my daughter. She grew out of the first pair and was excited to find the same boot still available at Shoebuy.com. As a typical 12 year old you would think she would want to try something different, but she loves the fit and instant comfort of the Maracana... no break-in period at all. All of the pitches she plays on are bermuda grass of various condition and the cleats seem to offer perfect traction.
