Men's Demonia Deviant 205 - Falling apart

Bought these shoes in size 6M for my daughter. She put them on and before she left her room the shoes began to fall apart. At least 6 of the smaller D rings came off of the shoes. The small metal tabs are fastened to the shoes by rivets. The fabric failed to hold the rivets. Either the holes were too large for the rivets, the flared portion of the rivets are too small or the fabric insufficient to hold the rivets. The primary reason my daughter picked the shoes was the large number of D rings. Unfortunately that is exactly what failed on the shoes. She has had other Demonia shoes that held up better then these. I doubt I will buy the brand again.

Comfortable Kilt Boot

I bought the red plaid boot (which looks like the Stewart Royal Tartan) to wear with my kilt. Being made of fabric, it is very flexible and comfortable, no binding or stiffness, feels like only wearing a sandal. Just to know that the sole is absolutely FLAT. I would catch the front of it on the ground when first walking with it, there is no upward curve shape to the front of the sole. Also no insole, absolutely flat. That's why I checked (on the survey) that it felt a half size larger. I put a full-length insole in it, feels better now. I bought it for the look - the red plaid - to go with my kilt. Now I love it for the non-binding flexible feel to it. Very comfortable once I put in the insole and got used to walking with the FLAT bottom.
