Pros:- This shoes has an awesome unique look that keeps everyone staring!- The image of the bottom of the shoes from Demonia company has this creepy skulls as designs. (Which is pretty creative!)- There's one SMALL belt going across the middle of the shoes. And another LONG belt going around the middle to the ankle of the shoes which is DETACHABLE (If you ever find them annoying that is.)Cons:- Really difficult to wear skinny jeans with the shoes unless you do better with the shoe lacing (than I did) and make the top more loose.- And if you're a girl planning to buy this shoes, watch the shoe size. Like another reviews says, IT IS about HALF-A-SIZE-BIGGER than it seems. (But it isn't so bad for the shoes to be a little bigger because it lets your feet breathe and wouldn't be too tight!)[[I really hope this review helps you! Here's a tip for those who doesn't really know your shoe size! If you wear converses, look at the shoe size and see what size "Men size" is.]]

I really liked these shoes when I saw them. But when I put them on, they didn't fit in the calf. The calf part of these shoes are not made for anyone who has any shape to their calf, only for those with thin legs. So I had to return them.

These HI-HI Tops are great! It takes a little thought on the lacing. I know, sounds stupid, but it's the truth! I keep forgetting, only have to lace once, there is the zipper! They are extremely comfortable! I think the straps make that happen. The shoes are also of great quality. The material is very good and the sewing is very good. I am very pleased with this purchase.

At first, I was deciding between these and some other boots, but bought these because of the straps. I am *very* pleased with my decision. They look pretty much in the box as they do in the picture, but look about 1000x better when you wear them. I laced every other eyelet with red ribbon.Having average calves, they feel quite nice when I zipper them up, and a little tight when I wear knee-high socks, but since they are lace-ups, you can make them as tight or as loose as you want. It is a little loose around the ankle area, but some careful lacing might fix that. The height, from the sole, is about 10 1/2 inches, and you really only need to buckle twice (there are two straps; the top buckle isn't actually attached to the shoe).Also: trust everyone here when they say it runs half-size large. It really does. While that doesn't translate to a lot (1/2 size = .4 cm), you should probably round down when ordering if you're normally a half-size.Whatever these shoes may lack, however, they make up for in style. I've worn these for three days so far, and I've already gotten three compliments!

I was pleased that they felt a little big but comfortable. Zippers make it easy to not have to tie every time I wear them. Very quick to put on, contrary to their look. Very unique and a big hit!
